This dish is a twist on a classic dish commonly prepared in in households across Malaysia, the beef with soy sauce. The bell peppers in this recipe gives an extra dimension, a little bit of sweetness almost to the dish. This way of preparing the dish is also a great way of incorporating bell peppers into one's diet, for those that can't stand the inherent bitterness that comes with bell peppers.
This recipe is a great example of how simple and limited ingredients are not an obstacle for you to prepare a great meal. A classic recipe with a little of your own spin on it gives new life to an otherwise ordinary dish, and brings a little excitement to the table. It's a simple yet delightful recipe that I hope people can take inspiration from.
